Skin Care: Was it Skin? Part 2

Skin Care: Was it Skin? Part 2

By Alevoor Rajagopal

Well. It's over a ten days time now since I promised to conclude this series. But I was a bit too occupied in other things but connected to blogging. Well I will talk about that later. For now, first things first.

The baby's skin in question here was not identified for any disease. Her paernts took all the strains and pains to see their little one had no pain. But it never reacted possitively to any medication. They changed fron baby oil to ointment and to syrups. They tried changing soaps and it never worked. All along the socializing never stopped for them.

They were either visiting some one or recieving some one else at their place. Or atleast they were setting out on a short trip but always with that hinch biting their mind always. Add to it the worry that if it persisted, the young girl that she would grow into, would face all the emberassment.

It was not reacting to medication was certain. Could it be allergy, then? Oh they were careful in getting the best for their daughter. The dress, the food, dolls and what not? Still they distanced all those things from her in a sequence so as that they know. Nope. It didn't work. Desperately her daddy one day stopped all soaps and oils from using on her skin.

Hey! It worked. It was the oil and of all types. The oil they used to massage her every morning before bathing her. They stopped it for still longer a time. To their surprise the skin began smoothening. The baby doesn't seem to be purterbed by all this. Still she is happy as she did before. Now they are decided on using natural skin care products for their little angel.

The skin is smoothening out. The marks left over on her skin are fading away gradually. My sister (doctor) had told me it could be skin allergy but she could not tell what could be triggering the tender skin to embarrassment.
